- Occupancy must not exceed booking limit; exceeding it allows management to impose extra charges or cancel the reservation without compensation.
- Check-in and check-out times must be observed. Any delay in departure without prior arrangement may result in additional fees or deductions from the security deposit.
- Emitting loud noises or using loudspeakers inside or outside the unit is prohibited. Guests must respect neighbors’ privacy and maintain general quiet within the property.
- It is forbidden to bring into or use within the units any substances prohibited by law, including alcoholic beverages or narcotics.
- Maintain cleanliness inside units, at the entrance, and in elevators; dispose of all trash responsibly in designated bins and receptacles at all times.
- The unit is to be used solely for temporary accommodation parties, large gatherings, or any commercial activity are not permitted.
- Report internal malfunctions (electricity, water) immediately; management will fix them promptly and is not liable for damage caused by delayed reporting.
- Tenant is fully liable for conduct violating public order or morals; management may end stay without refund for any such breach
- Management is not liable for damages from sudden external outages of electricity, water, or internet beyond its control.
- Tenant cannot transfer reservation or sublet the unit to others without prior written consent from management.
- Pets are not allowed on the property

Cancellation and Change Policy
- You can cancel your booking 7 days or more before check-in and get a full refund. If you paid in installments, an 8% cancellation fee will apply.
- You can change your booking date 7 days or more before check-in. If the new booking is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
- You are allowed to change the type of reservation (Day Only or Overnight) with payment of the price difference.
